Rhodes by Evelyn Henson Drapery Panel - Collective BDL Card in CharlotteAll drapery panels are made to your custom length, offered by the inch. They are fully lined. Drapes are finished with 4" header with buckram, 5 pleats and a 3. 5" return and overlap. Each single width panel needs 7 rings (14 rings for double width) and comes with pins set behind the pleat.
