The grapes comes from municipalities of Colonnella, Ortona, Sava and Manduria. After soft crushing the grapes are left to dry on the plant and the harvest begins a month later. Maceration fermentation for 25 30 days, malolactic fermentation in barrique and aging for 18 monthes.
