The application instructions can be found on the backing card of the patch. APPLICATION INSTRUCTION Place the patch on a piece of fabric. Set the iron temperature to 120 150 C, or turn on the cotton setting. Place a thin cloth or parchment paper over the patch to prevent heat damage. Iron for 15 20 seconds. Carefully turn the fabric inside out
