Turkana Bowls - L 111.2 Hansel and Gretel Size: Diameter 48cm x HeightThis hand carved wooden bowl is made by the Turkana, a nomadic community in north west Kenya prized for their woodcarving and metalwork. Light yet hard wearing for a mobile way of life, bowls like these were used to store and transport food.
