This offering has been finished in a sherry butt and bottled at natural cask strength. Nose: Raisins, prunes, caramelised pears and toasted almonds. Palate: Thick and oily, milk chocolate covered almonds, sweet fudge and coffee grounds. Finish: Dark wood and liquorice.
